Putting my shoes on. The Sock Guy socks de la nuit are for Bicycle Sport Shop in Austin Texas. When I travel to Austin on business, instead of using Hertz or Avis I rent my bike from Bicycle Sport Shop on South Lamar — and my employer travel department reimburses me for the bike rental.

For gear and vibe, I like to visit Ozone Bike Department on Guadalupe by the UT Campus.

Bicycles belong on the road!

Although many car drivers seem unaware, bicycles have all the rights that cars do, including the right to any part of a lane when necessary. Cars do not have any more right to the road than bikes.

The other side of the coin, of course, is that bicycles should drive safely and follow the rules of the road. Just like car drivers, some cyclists ride like jerks. We need to share the road thoughtfully.
